Part of our namesake, The cauldron is a very special tool indeed. There is a strong magical signifigance to the cauldron in many cultures throughout history.

In Celtic mythology, the cauldron is associated with the Goddess Cerridwen and it also represents the womb. Placed on your Altar, it represents the Earth.

In the witch lore of the middle ages, the cauldron was where poisons and ointments were brewed. In Irish folklore, it is where the Leprechauns keep their treasure.

These cauldrons have many uses. Burn herbs, incense, resins, incense powders, casting powders and more.

Use your cauldron where you like, on your Altar, inside your magic circle, inside, outside, day or night. Keep your brass cauldron clean between uses, and polish regularly.

Please use extreme caution when handling and burning with these cauldrons. Always use proper pot holders when handling the cauldron, as it may get extremely hot.

As with all incense burning vessels, please use caution and keep away from children and pets. Please be safe.
