ALL SHIPPING OVERAGES WILL BE REFUNDED ON COMBINED PRODUCTS IF ANY. Shipping calculators are not always 100% accurate when purchasing multiple items. Any overage in shipping costs will be refunded to you. I charge actual shipping rates calculated by weight. The calculators will figure in weight of the package/box itself, so this is why sometimes there will be an overage in charge.

Orders are sent USPS. I ship daily. Although I try to ship your order within one business day, please allow up to three business days in lieu of unforeseen circumstances such as power outages, printer failure, hurricanes, etc.

My ecofriendly studio uses sustainable and/or recycled shipping materials, boxes and packing tape. We are plastic free, so no plastic bubble wrap. We do not include a packing slip or receipt with your order to help reduce our environmental footprint. If you need a receipt or a packing slip, please note this at checkout. Your order will ship fast, so do not delay.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit, damaged items, or lost or undelivered packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Please contact us when ordering if you wish to purchase additional insurance on your purchase. In the case of a lost or stolen package, we will open an investigation and file a claim with USPS. Please check with your local post office location to ensure packages are not being held for you.

At this time, we do not ship outside of the continental United States.

Due to the handcrafted nature of the products and for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please read all product descriptions carefully, research ingredients and ask any questions before purchasing. If you are unsure of an item, look for a sample size on the site or request to try something with your order. I cannot ship any samples without an existing order.
